Our June Step Challenge is officially here to keep us moving, accountable, and thriving together.

 

Track Daily: Use your favorite tracker to log your steps every day.

 

Stay Accountable: Download, print, and write your steps total every day even if you are using an electronic tracker. There is something incredibly powerful about the physical act of writing. When pen hits paper, it engages your brain differently...it cements your commitment, creates a tangible sense of accomplishment, and serves as a mindful moment of accountability just for you. 

 

Cheer Each Other On: Share your daily wins, trail photos, and encouragement in our group chat!
